- Eligibility. On-chain liquidity of at least $50,000, 24h volume of at least $50,000, and a completed safety score of 70 or better. Anything failing one of these is not considered at all.
- Ranking.
momentum + (turnover x 30) + ((safety - 70) x 0.5), where momentum is the 24h percentage change clamped to the range -50 to +100, and turnover is 24h volume divided by market cap, capped at 2. - Exclusion. Coins we own are permanently ineligible. $SKI can never be the spotlight, however well it scores.
